I thought I would put the obligatory welcome post up, while I am working on a few posts for my blog content.

One thing I am hoping to do is share my Real Food journey. I had one of those “ah ha” moments, more of which I will share soon, that got me started on this path.

    Can I add butter, cream, yogurt, rice back to my paleo diet to gain weight?
    103# 5’4″ 71 years old
    I want to do the Paleo thing and so far feel better but am losing weight with diarrhea.

    • If you don’t have any issues with dairy intolerance, then by all means, enjoy! Heavier starches like potato, sweet potato, carrot, and other root vegetables can also help. To combat muscle loss, make sure to take in adequate protein and healthy fats.
